2019 Season

The Lady Mustangs finished their 2019 season as the  Varsity 22 5A District Champions and the 21/22 5A Area Champions!  This was the first year for the Lady Mustangs to win the Area Championship and the first District Championship in 12 years.  The coaching staff is beyond proud of the hard work the ladies put forth during the 2019 season.  The Sub-Varsity team placed 2nd at the District meet.  Here are individual highlights from the 2019 season: 

District 22 5A Varsity Individual District Champions: 
  • Faith Brothers - 1600 meters and 3200 meters 
  • Christi Wood - Discus & 4th in shot put 
  • Destiny Wilfork - Shot Put & 6th in discus 

District 22 5A Varsity District meet results:
  • Ofelia Asemota:  4th in 200 meters, 2nd in 4x200 relay, and 3rd 4x100 relay 
  • Callie Farrar:  3rd in 3200 meters & 4th in 1600 meters 
  • Grace Etzel:  4th in 3200 meters & 4th in 800 meters 
  • Taylor Munor:  4th in long jump, 4th in 100 hurdles, 4th in 300 hurdles, 3rd 4x400 meters
  • Sophia Hammerle:  5th in long jump, 3rd in triple jump, 3rd in 100 hurdles 
  • Emma Wittman - 6th in long jump, 3rd in 4x400 relay, 2nd in 4x200 relay, 2nd in 300 hurdles 
  • Sarah Carambat - 2nd in 100 hurdles, 3rd in 300 hurdles, 4th in triple jump, 3rd in 4x400 relay
  • Brynna Halata - 2nd pole vault, 2nd in 4x200 relay and 3rd in 4x100 relay  
  • McKenna Brown - 6th in 100 meters, 3rd in 4x100 relay  
  • Madi Mikeska - 3rd in 4x100 relay and 2nd in 4x200 relay

    Sub-Varsity  Individual District Champions: 
  • Bridget Witterschein - JV 200 meters, Long Jump and Triple Jump and 5th in JV 100 meters
  • Sophia Denobrega - JV 400 meters and 4x400 2nd place 
  • Carleigh Williams - JV 800 meters & 4th in JV 1600 meters & 2nd JV 4x400 place
  • Emma Scott - JV 100 hurdles and 300 hurdles & 3rd in JV long jump & 3rd in JV triple jump

  • Faith Birch - 3rd in JV 400 meters

  • Isabella Feaster - 5th in JV 800 meters 
  • Isabella Palermo - 3rd in JV 1600 meters and 3rd in JV 3200 meters

  • Adrianna Feaster - 5th in JV 3200 meters & 2nd on JV 4x400 relay

  • Emma Wittman - 300 meter hurdles CHAMPION and 4th 4x400 relay
  • Faith Brothers - 1600 meters and 3200 meters CHAMPION
